Camped in a 45 foot motor home on site 29. Easy access from I-27 Exit 27 north 1.5 miles (about .5 mile north of McDonald's) on east side of street. Good paved interior roads with just a few potholes. The sites are gravel with some grass between sites. This park was occupied by 70% seasonal campers during our visit. Transient sites were almost all available. Pull-through sites are 21 through 30. Watch out for some tree limbs, if you have a tall rig. Restrooms and showers were a little tired. Swimming pool and area looked maintained and clean. Wi-Fi worked very well at our site. Fees are payable by cash or check. Satellite TV reception from our site was no problem. Had a moderate signal for Verizon cell phone and air card. There is a large fishing pond at the back of the property that may be used with permission.

Tricky but doable access from I-55. Be careful to watch for signs. A good navigator is suggested. Interior roads and sites are paved with grass between sites. All sites are pull-through. Some noise from interstate mix master and nearby overhead train especially in rows 100 through 300. Sites in rows 500 & 600 appear to be a little longer. Small trees are by many of the sites. Great view of the Arch. Security is good in this otherwise tough area of East St. Louis. A shuttle is provided to casino. Mass transit stops are nearby for St. Louis day trips. Satellite TV was no problem. Verizon cell phone and air card worked well.

Camped in a 45 footer on Site 38. Easy access across railroad track west of Highway 84 approximately 1.5 miles south of Exit 1 off I-80. Paved interior roads and sites with some gravel and grass between sites. This C.O.E. park has less room between the sites than most of their parks. There are two sections to the park. Most sites in South section are first come, first served. The north section sites can be reserved. We had no reservations. Park was approximately 85% occupied during our weekend stay. North section was a little less treed than the south section. Satellite TV worked from our site, as did the Verizon cell and air card. Lock and dam #14 is easily viewed from the campground. There was some railroad noise especially during the day, but the noise is not overbearing. There are many attractions in the Quad Cities area: this park put you close to them.

Interior roads and sites gravel. Easy access from I-94 just north of the exit. Park has some trees, but staff volunteered to trim whatever we needed to get to our site and at our selected site. Very friendly office staff greeted us. Wi-Fi worked well. No problem receiving satellite TV and Verizon air card. Only a few miles to visit Makoshika State Park.

Each access from US16A a few miles east of Custer and a couple miles west of Custer State Park entrance. RV park has a half mile gravel road to entrance, so the park is off the highway. Road noise is not a problem. Interior road and sites are gravel with grass between the sites. Sites are a good distance apart, so you don't fell like you're on top of your neighbor. Each site has 50 amp, water, and sewer with a picnic table and fire ring. Firewood is available at the office. Sites on the east side of park generally have some small shade trees. Sites on west side of park generally don't have any trees. Park has Wi-Fi, but sometimes spotty reception, if you are a distance from the centralized office. Satellite TV and Verizon air card & phone worked great. Roy in the office was very personable and helpful. We stayed a week with 1 night free. Parked averaged about 70% full during our stay.

We camped in 45 foot motor home in site #312. There is easy access north off I-90, Exit 332. There are mostly gravel interior roads mixed with some paved. Most sites are gravel but a few are concrete. There is grass and trees at each site. There is a decent space between each site which were mostly pull-throughs. The WiFi worked great. We were able to receive satellite TV and Verizon phone & air card had top signal. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were all neat and clean. The park accepted Passport America or Good Sam.

Easy access about 1 mile from the main highway. Some interior roads are paved and some are gravel. Sites are gravel with grass between the sites. Many sites are tight for our size coach, but doable. You will be close to your neighbor. Owner was very helpful in escorting us to our site and helping us to back in. Office and facilities are a little run down. Train noise would be a problem with windows open. Numerous train runs every day and night. Train noise didn't bother us with windows closed. Site a city run campground appeared to be longer with more distance between neighbors.

Camped in a 45 footer on Site 45. Easy access west off Exit 5 of Highways 35/151 through a neighborhood. Interior roads and sites are gravel with very little grass and space between sites. You will share an electrical pedestal with your neighbor. The sites do not have sewer: there is a central dump site. Big rig coaches may have trouble making the turn-in to sites that are narrow. Also slide-outs may put you on your neighbor's doorstep. Railroad ties are used to define the boundary between sites, but they become an obstacle in parking. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well and the satellite TV and Verizon cell phone and air-card also worked well. I agree with a prior post that this park is overpriced.

Easy access from Highway 71 about 1 mile south of Highway 9. Interior roads are gravel with gravel site. Each site has concrete patio with grass between neighbors. Each site has fire ring and picnic table. Wi-Fi worked very well. Satellite TV worked well on sites east of the office even though there are some trees. Smaller sites south of the office might have trouble because of more trees. Verizon cell phone and air card worked well. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. West Lake Okoboji is nearby. It is a very clear, spring-fed lake with beautiful blue color. It is also highly developed. Much to do in the Iowa Great Lakes Region. Wal-Mart is about 1 mile from the park.

Easy access from Highway 377. Gravel interior roads and site with some grass between sites. There are some small trees by many of the sites. Satellite RV and Verizon phone and air card worked although Verizon was slow. Wi-Fi is offered, but signal is very weak from sites. Signal next to the office is fine. The park was a little run down and tired, but worth overnight or two visit. Park is very close to Badlands Cedar Visitor Center and loop road. Great view of the Badlands from all sites. The office staff was very friends. Park was approximately 30% full when we visited.

Easy access from Highway 35 approximately 3 miles north of De Soto, WI and just north of Battle Hollow Road on the west side of the highway. Watch for the sign. Turn west and down a small hill then across railroad tracks. Proceed about half a mile. Access roads are paved and interior roads and sites are gravel. Plenty of grass between sites. West loop is new with all 50 amp sites. No water at sites, but faucets distributed through the loop. Great dump station near the pay station. West loop is new and has small trees. Satellite TV was no problem and Verizon cell phone and air card had reasonable service. Very good roasted chicken and pizza joint about 1.5 miles south of park entrance. Park was about 30% full during our weekday stay. Amish area with beautiful roads and farms Northeast of park towards Cashton.

Good park for short visit. About 15 miles from Battle of Little Bighorn National Monument. Easy access off I-90 about 1 mile south. Interior roads are paved. Sites are gravel and grass. There are a few short trees. Wi-Fi was decent. No problem with satellite TV or Verizon air card. Office lady was friendly. Men's restroom was messy. Park had numerous workers staying there working in the area. They caused no problems.

This state park has many campgrounds located around the lake. We stayed in a remodeled (within the last 2 years) campground located closest to Scenic Byway KS 177 just south of tall cell tower. I believe the campground is described as group/equestrian. All the sites were 50 amp with water and back-in. This campground has both open and partially shaded sites. Paved interior roads and grave/grass sites each with a hanging pole, picnic table, and cook grille. There is a camp host on site. A dump station is located near the entry gate of other campground sections about 1 mile north. Must pay entry fee for each vehicle in addition to camping fee. Annual passes are available.

There is easy access west off I-25 Exit 299. The interior roads and sites are gravel. Sites closest to entry road don't have as many trees. Sites in rows by the office and north of it have more trees. An area even further north has few trees, but not hookups. We stayed in Site 10 near the entry. Most sites were pull-through's of great length. We were able to get satellite TV and great WiFi from the park. There is some road noise from interstate and exit road. The owners acquired property about 4 years ago. They have made improvements to the park. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Restrooms and showers along with the pool, office, and well equipped camp store and gift shop were all immaculate.

We camped in 45 foot motor home. The interior roads and sites are gravel. Watch out for there are some pot holes. There is Easy access off Exit 2 east of I-25. There is road noise because of close proximity to interstate. There is little shade available. The staff was friendly. The WiFi worked reasonably well. We stayed during Cheyenne Frontier Days. This park is good for overnight or short stay. Restrooms were not great, but not bad. Some maintenance in the park is overdue.

Easy access off KS 96. Gravel interior roads and sites. Little or no shade available. All sites 50 amp. Pull through sites are all in Row A. Self registration & pay station. New within the last year laundry/restroom/shower which was neat and clean. Great place for short stay. Many Mennonite stores nearby as well as Hutchinson attractions north approximately 7 miles. Nearby the park is Carriage Crossing Restaurant, which serves very good family style meals.

Park is located 18 miles south of Livingston, MT on Highway 89 and 35 miles north of the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Interior roads and sites are gravel with a few sites on cement pads. Sites have grass between sites. Decent room between sites. Very friendly staff greets you and escorts you to your site. Most sites are pull through. Facilities were immaculate. Wi-Fi is a little spotty. Signal comes and goes. Verizon cell phone service is good. Few trees offer shade, but temperatures are usually cool.

We camped in a 45 foot motor home. For a state park, this park rates at the top of the list. The campground opened within the last 16 months. There are paved interior roads and sites. All sites are 50 amp, full hookup. The website gives complete description of each site including a picture. Pay attention to the website, because different sites accommodate various length RVs. Some sites have a steep include to access a level pad. If your rig doesn't have much clearance, beware of the incline. Each camp site has 2 water hydrants, picnic table, fire ring, & approximately 10 foot by 10 foot gravel area for a dining fly with tie downs. The campground even has a camp store like a private park. There are miles of trails lead from each loop of the campground. There are ranger activities. The only thing holding this campground back from a perfect 10 for a state campground is lack of shade for those who want it. The entrance is located across the street from Fort Carson Gate 1 (main gate) on E. J L Heights Rd. The Right turn off Colorado 115 is tricky because of the curbing. Be careful. Proceed through round-about 1/2 mile to Entry Station. There is a fee of $6 per motorized vehicle unless you have an annual pass. Now drive approximately 1 mile to the Camper Services building to pay for the campsite fee unless you made paid reservation via the website.

Camped in 45 foot motor home in Site D57. Most sites have posts, trees, or a stone wall at the back of the sites, so pay close attention to the site lengths. There is no over-hang on the back of the sites. Most sites are partial or completely shaded. Verizon cell phone service was non-existent. Satellite TV would be available in some sites and not at all in most sites. Paved interior roads and sites. Most sites are near level, but some may require much leveling. There is a great swimming hole located between the A & B sections. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, floating, & fishing are great activities. Ranger talks are available. Many great hiking opportunities.

Paved interior roads and sites. 50 amp service available at all electrical sites. Some sites have electric and water, others have addition of sewer. There is great amount of green space between sites. Sites vary from partially shaded to complete. Was able to get satellite TV at pull through site #86. Campground is located along Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway and approximately 6 miles north of Columbus. Be careful about GPS coordinates, they may be incorrect.

We camped in 45 foot motor home in Site #430. This is a very large park with easy access off I-4 and 192. Our site was in the very back part of the park. This location was quiet with little internal traffic. Vast majority of sites are paved with all interior roads paved. New owners since February. Many improvements and cleanup has been done since. We found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our site and helped to park. Clubhouse, pool area, and restaurant were neat and clean. We parked with 17 other coaches for our club rally. Catering at the clubhouse was great. Free Wi-Fi was available. It had spotty performance, but was adequate to check email.

Minimal trees to obstruct access to sites and satellite TV. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our site. Tourist attractions of nearby Pine Island, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers.

Camped in 45 foot motor home in Site A03. Easy access from I-64 off Exit 234B approximately 1.5 miles. It is the second furthest K.O.A. from this exit. This park is very tight for 40 foot or greater rigs. Would only suggest Sites A02~A04, which can be accessed by backing into from the park's entry drive. Narrow interior roads & sites are gravel with some grass. Free WiFi worked well. Many trees will block satellite TV reception in most sites. Office staff was very helpful and informative. Park is a little over priced.

Camped in 45 foot motor home in Site: C1. Easy access; approximately 5 miles NE of Corning on Route 414. Gravel interior roads and sites. Rows A, B, & C are suitable for Big Rigs with mostly open sites. Rows A & B are pull-through sites. Row C has drive-in sites. Wi-Fi worked well. Warning for Big Rigs: don't drive down entry road to the office. The turn around is impossible. Park on entry road and disconnect tow, if desired. Walk to the office to check in.

Easy access about 3.5 miles west of I-495 off Exit 30 on 2A. Steep entrance to the park, so don't make the turn with a long rig straight on. We parked in Site #71. Because of recent rains the entry was partially washed out. This site has no cable or sewer, but 50 amp. Office was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was available and free. Camped in 45 foot motor home. Site 43 on Loop A. This was clear of trees and the paved, back-in pad had slope to the front. Horse Park is always a busy place. We had no reservations, but spent one night mid-week. Horse Park is always worth a stop when passing through Lexington. Dump station is easy to use. Entry on Campground Road is paved. Do not stop at empty entry station. Proceed into campground to the loops area. Campground office is on the right. If you have a large rig, you might consider unhooking tow vehicle along the entry road.

Park has easy access off Business 70. Park has paved interior roads and sites with some grass and medium sized trees on sites. Satellite TV reception was possible on our site, # 61. Reasonably friendly office staff. Found that Line 2 of 50 amp circuit has only 104 volts upon our arrival. Had to wait about an hour before we could run 3 room airs. Easy access off I-10. Best to use Exit 35 from east. Wide, interior roads are paved with gravel sites. Sites are a little narrow, so with slides your neighbor will be close. Friendly and helpful staff. Rest rooms and showers were clean, but a little dated. RV service business located on site.

We called to make reservations. The staff was very helpful with directions to park. Interior roads are paved with mostly trimmed trees. The park was landscaped well, and the facilities were maintained well. Swimming pool, spa, and rec room were immaculate. I suggest you disconnect towed vehicle on street outside park.

The park staff were very personable and helpful. All facilities were maintained extremely well, except some of curves on interior roads need repaving. This is a great destination park near Hill Country and San Antonio.

The park had a full hookup to use just outside west entrance to Big Bend National Park. roads and sites are gravel/dirt. Registration is in the motel office. Maintenance was marginal. First 50 amp site assigned had open ground at pedestal. We moved to another site. Be careful opening awnings - sudden winds can make them fly away. There was no warning provided by office staff even though maintenance foreman said it happens all the time.

Easy access east of I-75. Attended RV club rally on grass unshaded sites. Park also offers concrete pads and shaded sites. Sites and park neatly maintained. Clubhouse was very new. Office staff very friendly. Wi-Fi signal was weak or non-existent. Signal was better on hard sites. Nice executive golf course.

Easy access behind The Barnyard Flea Market. Could be difficult when the flea market is open. Great interior roads. Located a few miles off of Exit 58 of I-20.

Big rig owners beware. Interior road tight and most sites sloped. Sites 1-15 are longer, but some have lots of slope. Narrow interior roads makes backing into paved site tricky. Located a few miles west of Exit 5 of I-475.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big rig owners beware. Very difficult interior road was 1 way in and out. Turn around at the end of the interior road couldn't be made by our 45 foot motorhome. We had to back up a long way to reach our site. Signage on US 27 is non-existant. Car show held in nearby downtown Somerset during various days of the summer is terrific.

New electric posts, water hydrants, restrooms, shower house, pavilion, par 3 golf course, club house, landscaping, cammping cabins, and office. Interior roads a little tight for our 45 foot motorhome, but navigable. New owners and staff very friendly. Near Amish Country, Warther Museum, Schoenbrunn Village, Football Hall of Fame, and Trumpet In The Land outdoor historical drama.

Very large, full service park. Many family activities. Construction on roads leading to park made access terrible. The village of Geneva-On-The-Lake was a tourist trap and very disappointing.

Road leading to campground is very narrow and curvy, but we made it with a 45 foot motorhome pulling a toad. Sites are also very narrow, but workable. Park could be very noisy if car show or race track or dragstrip being used.

Most sites very shaded. Keeps cooler, but tough to get "dish" signal. A small RV rally was being held on the Group Camping sites 103-110. Brown's Point loop is most desirable for motorhomes. Also Fisherman's Row and Beach loops are also good. Hill Loop is nice but would be tough to navigate for a big rig. Stayed on site #43 in Woods Loop with 45 foot motorhome. Not the best loop for big rigs.
